KENNEL
HAUENKUONON was registered 1993 and breeds now dachshunds standard smooth. We live on peaceful countryside, Ypäjä in southwest
Finland.
At
the moment we have four standard smooth dacshunds at home, with them we
go to shows and hunt european raccoon, badger and red fox.
Also We have one smooth kanichen dachshund.
We don't continue with alaskan malamutes at the moment.

We
have imported the first two Grand bleu de gascognes to Finland from
France and Great Britain with kennel Milk White, they are both World
Winners 1998. We had one Gascogne litter; out of that are bitches WW-03
NW-01-03-07 Hauenkuonon Kalla. FinW-00-02-05-06-07-08 NW-05 EW-06
Hauenkuonon Kaave and FinW-01-03 Hauenkuonon Kohva. We don't have any
GBDG's at the moment.

(owned by kennel Snoopy Face), bitch FI CH Isotassu Overseas Omega
KVK1 REKÄ YLE-3 REK2 from Canada and bitch Najanin's Wild Ways
Moonlight REK2 from Norway (owned by Jussi Mäkilä). Latest
import is male FI CH Kenig Foreign Black Aly Ataman from Russia (owned
by Sari Teräsjärvi). We have also imported a dachsie bitch
from Russia; Russkiy Assorti'c Anna Aglaida (owned by kennel Snoopy
Face).

We
have exported three malamute bitch puppies; Hauenkuonon Olka West to
Turkey in 2001, Hauenkuonon Yörihma to Denmark in 2004 and
Hauenkuonon Zippy Zaria to Norway 2007. A dachsie bitch puppy SVCH N
SU(v)CH Hauenkuonon Ämmä was exported to Sweden in fall 2004.
We
have bred three russian hound litters. Dam of the last litter (2002) is
NW-01 FinnW-01 Hauenkuonon Jama and sire Russian import Gai. We don't
continue with russian hounds at the moment.

Our
hobby is hunting and outdoor activities with our dogs and also showing.
I give my warmest thanks to Terhi Kostamo who has made it possible for
our dogs to get sleddog merits by taking them to her team. Special
thanks also to our handler Hanna Sairanen for showing our dogs
succesfully both in Finland and abroad.
I've
been awarded with Finnish Kennel Club's Vuolasvirta- breeder prize
number 840 from smooth dachshund breeding 2012.
